BRAD HENNICK

Chief Executive Officer. Brad is the Chief Executive Officer of National Facility Services. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the National Facility Services executive team and guiding the company’s strategic direction and ensuring operational effectiveness. Previously, Bradley worked as an attorney at Goodmans LLP, practicing in the areas of corporate law, M&A and securities law. Prior to Goodmans, Bradley worked in the corporate law group at White & Case LLP, a leading global law firm, and the Prague and Hong Kong offices of Colliers International, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate service organizations. He holds a Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration degrees.

EDWARD HOWLAND

 Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Howland joined National Facility Services in 2015 after spending over 20 years in the hospitality and real estate service industries. Before joining NFS he spent nine years as Vice-President of Finance for a large residential property services company. Mr. Howland has also held senior finance positions in the hospitality industry with Far & Wide Travel Corporation, SeaEscape Cruise Lines and Abercrombie & Kent. Mr. Howland holds a Master of Business Administration, Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

ROBERT MARKS

Co-President, NFS Residential. Mr. Marks joined NFS in 2015 when the company he co-founded in 1977, A.C.T. Janitorial Services Inc., merged with NFS to become NFS Residential. Today, NFS Residential provides janitorial, light maintenance and facility cleaning services to the common areas of homeowner associations, condominium associations and multi-unit residential buildings throughout South Florida. Mr. Marks is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
