ROBERT MARKS, President

Robert joined NFS in 2015 when the company he co-founded in 1977 merged with National Facility Services. Today, under Robert’s direction, National Facility Services provides janitorial, light maintenance and facility cleaning services to the common areas of homeowner associations, condominium associations and multi-unit residential buildings throughout South Florida. Robert is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

EDWARD HOWLAND, Chief Financial Officer

Ed joined National Facility Services in 2015 after spending over 20 years in the hospitality and real estate service industries. Before joining National Facility Services he spent nine years as Vice-President of Finance for a large residential property services company. Mr. Howland has also held senior finance positions in the hospitality industry with Far & Wide Travel Corporation, SeaEscape Cruise Lines and Abercrombie & Kent. Ed holds a Master of Business Administration, Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

ROBERT SEFTON, Vice-President, Operations

Robert has worked with National Facility Services (and its predecessor company) since 1989. As Vice-President of Operations, Robert is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and overseeing operations of our largest homeowner association, condominium, commercial property and multi-residential clients particularly in Broward County.

NEAL BAUM, Vice-President, Operations

Neal has worked with National Facility Services (and its predecessor company) since 1986. As Vice-President of Operations, Neal is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and overseeing operations of our largest homeowner association, condominium, commercial property and multi-residential clients particularly in Broward County.

YANI MARRERO, Human Resources & Office Manager

Yani has worked with National Facility Services for five years. In the role of Human Resources & Office Manager, Yani is responsible for overseeing all human resources and accounting functions for National Facility Services’ commercial division clients. Prior to assuming this role, Yani served as Accounting Manager for National Facility Services.

SHEREE BAUM, Accounting Manager

Sheree has worked with National Facility Services (and its predecessor company) for over 10 years. Sheree is responsible for all accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and billing for National Facility Services’ multi-residential clients.
